Coffee to me started out as just a hot morning drink, mostly milk and sugar because let’s face it who likes to drink black coffee. I wasn’t really enjoying coffee I was using it.

Living here in Costa Rica has allowed me to create a strong network of coffee farmers who share their process and have given me full access to their operations.  This helps me to select the highest quality in beans using a hands-on approach.  We are always sampling new and different beans from the wide variety of farms Costa Rica has to offer.

Our goal here at Pure Costa Rican Coffee is to create a useful but also enjoyable cup of coffee that you can drink all by itself.  We feel bringing Coffee back to its pure form, is what the world of coffee needs.  A Pure Costa Rican Coffee world that runs on Pure Costa Rican Coffee coffee.

Little to say the way I drink coffee has completely changed.  I find myself amazed at the variety of wonderful flavors coffee has on its own.  No milk and no sugar, I now drink my coffee in its purest form, hence the name Pure Costa Rican Coffee.
